I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 limited edition with the inline 6 engine. Now I've had it for about a year now and I still wouldn't trade it for anything.

Used Jeep Grand Cherokee review: were two models of the Grand Cherokee, the entry level Laredo and the luxury Limited.

Purchased at miles, and it just went through an accident which was terrifying and ended in total loss. All around good car Primary Use: The Grand Cherokee can be ordered with an optional window that opens without opening the tailgate, which is handy for stowing groceries and other smaller items. The Grand Cherokee's one-piece rear liftgate provides a wide opening for cargo loading, but is difficult for short folks to reach and close. It is a jeep so nothing more to say then jeep are some good suv to drive with the inline 6 it has power and gets good gas mileage unlike the v8 Cons:

Displaying 1 - 10 of 64 Jeep Grand Cherokee reviews. Lovin My Jeep — I love the immaculate condition she is in. I treat her right, she treats me right! I wouldn't trade her for anything! Luxury in a vehicle almost Twenty years old. The only issue I have with my Jeep is a typical problem for these vehicles It's guaranteed to have gear slip failure between KK miles.

After being overhauled, it's good to go for a LONG time though. The all-time 4WD transfer case is kinda lame. Looks, styling, reliability, power, 4WD is near flawless, stability, cargo space. Auto-transmission until it's overhauled. Having to add a tranny radiator to keep it cooler shoulda been stock. The clutch fan sucks. I've swapped it for a more modern e-fan from a WJ Grand Cherokee. Rear tire takes up a lot of space in the back.

Even at 18yrs and k miles overall, this Jeep is still in tip top shape, from the inside out. It stills drives smooth and has very little rust, granted it has been very well maintained, but it has never been garage kept and still not a lot of rust only a small amount on bottom of back hatch where water tends to settle.

It's very spacious with leather interior and power everything. This Jeep came with a V6 motor, which blew a piston at just k, it's never been driven hard and never been off road or dogged out. When it blew the piston, I had an in-line 6 motor with roughly 60k on it put in instead of another V6. Since then, and k miles later, I've never had an issue with it.

The Guzzler — I enjoyed owning this car until about when Obama took office because of gas prices now, i had to sell. It was a daily driver one of my favorite features was the quadra trac 4 wheel drive mode when i went off road with it! Power, 4 wheel drive, roomy, exhaust, lots of torque. Gas mileage and front-end design with the headlights.

But i would buy the car again they are kinda cheep and easy to work on by all means! All around good car. It is a jeep so nothing more to say then jeep are some good suv to drive with the inline 6 it has power and gets good gas mileage unlike the v8.

Jeeps Are Jeeps — low maintenence and runs really well, would like more power , mabe a 5. Not my favorite vehicle but its deffenitly reliable for a family unit. But then again I still can't complain because i have no clue how well the previous owners took care of it.

Build Quality - so far the only repairs are the brakes, muffler, engine, and drag link Appearance - well the outer appearance is great, but once i took off the front bumper, there was evidence of the vehicle being in an accident. Black Beauty — What more is there to say. She revs up and drive like a semi-truck and purrs like a kitten on the road. Doesn't get any better than that. Gives you the feel of a big truck.

With the V-8 it has in it, it sounds like it as well. The open rode feel you get even in the city is Awesome!
